What business owners ask first

How does onboarding work?

After signing up, you invite the technicians by email. We help you bring in your existing customers and units, whether they are in a notebook or in Excel.

Who can see what?

There are two roles: owner and technician. The owner sees the full work order list, the customers and the settings; the technician sees their own jobs.

What if a technician leaves?

Their access can be deactivated. Their work orders and the unit data stay with the company.

Does it handle invoicing?

Not yet, it will come later. For now ThermoTrek handles work orders, service books and maintenance reminders; until then you can keep using your current invoicing tool.

Want to try it with your own team?

We set the system up together with the first partners, with the company’s own customers and technicians. Write to us and we will talk it through.
